Body shell

The main body is constructed from high-strength black engineering plastic, making it sturdy and durable. The shell is firmly secured by four stainless steel hexagonal bolts, ensuring structural stability. 

Top suspension mechanism

Thanks to the use of higher-standard materials and updated production processes, FKD hoist motors meet the stringent national Class 1 energy efficiency standards. They can operate normally even in extreme environments ranging from -40°C to +60°C, handling various complex conditions.

Frequency conversion control system

Each FKD hoist is equipped with a contact-type limit switch, friction clutch, electromagnetic brake, 36V safety control voltage, and emergency stop button. The machine body structure has been reinforced to increase the product's safety factor and ensure user safety.

Handle button

The motor's lifting and lowering can be controlled via two buttons on the handle, and the emergency stop button on top can cut off the power in an emergency. The handle casing is impact-resistant and oil-resistant, able to withstand harsh workshop environments. If needed, we can also install a wireless remote control to make the hoist even more convenient and efficient to use.

Hoist wiring installation

In the picture, technicians are methodically arranging and connecting power and control lines according to the electrical wiring diagram.

In terms of voltage, the input voltage range of 220-480V is selectable, along with a standard safety control voltage of 36V (24/48V optional), providing users in various countries with a wider range of options.

Advanced machining machines

A: No. If your voltage is 380V, then you don't need to add a frequency converter. Other voltages require a VFD frequency converter.

A:  All trade terms are acceptable.

A: The warranty period for the entire machine is one year (starting from the date of bill of lading).
