 European electric chain hoist is a compact lifting device designed in accordance with European FEM standards. Featuring a modular, compact structure, it offers a high duty cycle, smooth operation, and precise positioning. Suitable for frequent industrial lifting tasks, it can be installed for stationary lifting or paired with a manual or electric trolley to travel along a track.

Body shell

The main body is made of high-strength black engineering plastic. The shell is securely fastened by four stainless steel hexagonal screws. It has excellent protection performance, being resistant to impact, dust and water.

 

The front is adorned with a black nameplate, and the white "VISION" brand logo is prominent and clear.

Top suspension mechanism

The upper part is equipped with a blue cast steel suspension mounting base, and the U-shaped large lifting ring serves as the load-bearing lifting point. The mounting base is locked by two sets of bolt components, ensuring uniform force distribution. It can be directly hung at the lifting point for use, or it can be modified and combined with the running trolley to achieve mobile lifting operations.

 

Above the base, there are Chinese and English safety warning labels, indicating safe operation procedures and risk warnings.

Frequency conversion control system

It can achieve soft start and soft stop for the lifting and running mechanisms, reducing lifting impacts, suppressing load vibrations, and improving the positioning accuracy of heavy objects; it can flexibly adjust the lifting and running speeds to adapt to high-frequency and precise lifting conditions.

 

The frequency converter integrates multiple protections such as overload and overcurrent, enhancing the overall operational safety of the machine. It is widely used in production line assembly and the lifting of precision workpieces.

Handle button

It adopts industrial‑grade engineering plastic housing with orange‑black color scheme, featuring excellent impact‑resistance and oil‑resistance for harsh workshop conditions. A red emergency‑stop button is located on the upper part for immediate power cut‑off in emergency situations. Two function buttons below are used for hoist up‑and‑down operation.

 

It works with 24V low‑voltage control circuit to guarantee operator safety. Strain‑relief design at cable entry prevents internal wire breakage caused by pulling force. This pendant serves as local manual control unit for the hoist, and can work together with wireless remote controller for dual‑control option.
