This series electric chain hoist adopts our self-developed dedicated lifting motor as the core power unit, specially optimized for precision manufacturing workshops, electronic assembly lines and mold maintenance stations. Different from ordinary general lifting motors, this matched motor optimizes fan heat dissipation structure and coil winding layout, greatly lowering operating noise and temperature rise during long intermittent operation, perfectly adapting to clean production environments with strict noise control requirements.

The whole machine combines high-strength steel protective shell and lightweight aluminum auxiliary cover, balancing structural rigidity and overall light weight. The built-in oil-bath sealed gearbox matches the hoist motor to realize smooth power transmission, reducing internal friction loss and extending motor service cycle. Users can freely select single-speed or dual-speed motor versions according to production needs: single-speed motor for fast cargo turnover, dual-speed pole-changing motor for slow precise positioning of delicate workpieces.

Complete multi-layer safety linkage is integrated around the core motor unit: once power cuts off, the dual brake mechanism locks the load instantly; matched upper/lower magnetic limit switches cut off motor power automatically to avoid over-travel collision. The 24V low-voltage handheld control circuit separates high voltage from operating personnel, eliminating electric shock risks during daily operation. Widely applied in precision machining workshops, electronics factories, auto component assembly rooms and small warehouse fixed lifting stations.

Optimized Low-Temp E-Class Lifting Motor The supporting dedicated hoist motor adopts Class E high-temperature resistant enameled wire winding, with enlarged circulating cooling fan structure on the rear end cover. Compared with common standard motors, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved by 28%, long-time full-load operation will not generate excessive heat accumulation. The motor outer shell is equipped with integrated noise reduction rib structure, overall running noise controlled below 70dB, meeting quiet workshop production standards. 1.Dual Redundant Brake Matched With Hoist Motor The motor output end is equipped with integrated electromagnetic brake disc, plus independent mechanical locking brake as secondary protection. When the motor stops power supply, two sets of brake components act synchronously to fix the chain sprocket, completely preventing load sliding risk. The brake friction pad adopts wear-resistant non-asbestos material, long service life without frequent replacement, greatly reducing maintenance frequency of the whole machine matched with the motor unit.

2. Composite Lightweight Integrated Housing Structure The main load-bearing part of the hoist adopts thick high-strength stamped steel plate, while the motor side cover and chain storage box use lightweight die-cast aluminum alloy. This mixed material design reduces the total self-weight of the equipment by nearly 15% compared with full steel shell models, convenient for single-person disassembly and hoist beam installation. Complete Electrical Safety Protection Matching Motor Circuit The control system matched with the hoist motor uses independent phase sequence protection, overload power-off and overheat motor protection modules. When the motor runs with overloaded load or abnormal temperature rise, the circuit automatically cuts off power to protect the coil from burnout. The 3-meter long insulated pendant control cable supports flexible operation within a large range, and customized wireless remote control can be matched to separate operators from the lifting area.
