◎The modular design forms a very efficient, compact visually aesthetic unit.
◎The rope hoist transmission train is a direct drive type with no coupling.
◎The wire rope drum is mounted in maintenance free bearings located within the rope hoist bearer frame. The drum is accurately machine grooved to accommodate the rope hoisting wire rope in one layer. And is designed to leave a minimum of 3 (three) turns on the drum when maximum lift height is reached.
◎A wire rope guide is provided to prevent slack wire rope and to smoothly guide the wire rope onto the drum.
◎The wire rope is securely attached to the drum with 3 (three) wire rope clips.
◎The bottom hook block is of the safety type, having fully guarded deep grooved sheaves, running in sealed ball bearings. The hook is a forged steel single point “C” Type, mounted on a ball thrust race and fitted with a spring return safety catch.

Wire rope electric hoist is a small lifting equipment that can be installed on a single girder bridge crane. Gantry cranes can meet normal applications only as a normal speed. It is widely used in factories, mines, ports, cargo storage areas and shops, and is essential for improving work efficiency and improving working conditions.
Reducer
It adopts a three-stage locking motor gear transmission structure; the gears and gear shafts are made of alloy steel after heat treatment, and the shell and cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with accurate assembly and good sealing. The reducer operates independently for easy loading and unloading.
Control box
It has a protection device for up and down trip circuit breakers, which can cut off the main circuit in an emergency to ensure the safe operation of the electrical block, long service life, and safe operation of electrical components.
Wire rope
Use GB1102-74 (6 * 37 + 1) hoisting steel wire rope, long service life.
Push button switch
It is manual operation, easy to operate, there are two ways of rope operation and wireless remote control.
Gear
It adopts Japanese technology, innovatively adopts high-speed synchronous gear symmetrical arrangement, and adopts international standard gear steel. Compared with ordinary gears, it is more wear-resistant, more stable and labor-saving.
Hook
It is made of high-strength, high-safety high-quality alloy steel; with a new design, the weight will never be lost.
Cone motor
The hoisting motor uses a cone motor with a large starting torque to brake the induction motor. No additional lightning arrester is needed. The load continuity factor of the motor is 25%; the motor uses B and F insulation, and the protection level is isIP44 / IP54 .
