Single Phase Electric Chain Hoist

Single-phase electric chain hoists are light-duty lifting equipment powered by 220V single-phase mains electricity, which is the same as a standard household socket. They do not require 380V three-phase power from factories and are suitable for indoor light-duty lifting operations where three-phase power is unavailable.

The hoist consists of a single-phase motor, gear reducer, electromagnetic brake, G80 high-strength alloy steel lifting chain, upper and lower hooks, control handle, and chain storage bag.

• Single phase electric chain hoist protective shell is made of high-strength steel material,and part of the body is made of aluminum material,which makes the body stronger and reduces the weight of the hoist.

• Compared with the old model, the new model has a built-in inverter,which makes the hoist's lifting speed from slow to fast and makes the lifting of the goods more stable.

• A cooling fan is added to the rear of the new model.Moreover, a more ventilated shell structure is adopted to increase the continuous working time of the hoist.

• A clutch is added inside the hoist, lf you lift an overweight object,the motor will be powered off and the goods will not be lifted,thus protecting the motor.

This 3T electric chain hoist is specifically designed for heavy-duty industrial lifting, with a rated lifting capacity of 3 tons. The entire machine features a thickened shell and a precision reduction mechanism, ensuring stable transmission and low noise. The high-strength alloy steel chain is wear-resistant and tensile-resistant, resulting in a longer service life. Standard features include upper and lower limit protection and overload protection devices to prevent overshooting and overloading, ensuring operational safety. The wired handle control is simple to operate and provides sensitive lifting response.
