Usage and Precautions

1)This equipment is only used for the movement of the mixing tank and must not be used for any other purposes.
2) Before moving the stacker or lifting the forks, it is necessary to confirm that there is no one in front of the vehicle (or forks) or under the forks before operation. If there are goods on the forks blocking the view, shout loudly a few times "Notice that the stacker will be used and so on", and only operate after getting a response of "permission" or confirming that there is no one.
3) When at rest, when raising the forks, note that the maximum lifting limit should not exceed 60cm.
4) According to the frequency of use of the electric stacker, charge it in time to ensure that the battery is not discharged, which can extend the service life of the equipment. When the charger is fully charged, it shows a green light, and the display of the forklift is above 15v.
5) When using the forks, if there is any loss of control, press the "emergency stop" button. Phenomena that directly affect safe operation and normal use, such as malfunction of the control handle, the up button, and the inability of the battery to charge normally, are all considered abnormal conditions. The use of the equipment should be immediately stopped and the power supply cut off. Notify the team leader and inform the equipment maintenance personnel for repair immediately. And fill in the maintenance situation in the "Shift Handover Record" for future reference.
