Hoist roll

The drum is the core load-bearing component of a wire rope electric hoist. The reducer drives the drum to rotate, winding and unwinding the wire rope to achieve hook lifting and lowering. We choose to use seamless steel pipes/plates (Q235/Q355): for lifting heights >12m, medium and heavy-duty hoists, with higher strength.

Our electric wire rope hoists are equipped with reliable electromagnetic brakes that instantly and safely hold the load. An IP54 or higher protection rating ensures stable operation in dusty and humid environments. We use precision-machined gears and bearings for low operating noise and smooth lifting.

Limit switches at both ends of the hook automatically stop the hoist, further enhancing safety.
