1. For the first installation or reassembly of the wire rope electric hoist, it should be operated under no-load conditions first. However, ensure that the components are properly installed and do not power on.
2. Before normal use, a static load test at 125% of the rated load, lifting about 100mm off the ground for 10 minutes, should be conducted, and check if it is normal.
3. The dynamic load test is to conduct repeated lifting and moving tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part to see if they are normal and reliable.
4. During use, it is strictly prohibited to use in an unacceptable environment or beyond the rated load and the hourly rated closing times (120 times) are exceeded.
5. During installation, debugging and maintenance, it is necessary to strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook reaches the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the drum shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t must be greater than 120mm). When the hook reaches the lower limit position, the effective safety rope must be more than 2 turns.
6. Do not press down two buttons that make the electric hoist move in opposite directions simultaneously.
7. After work, the main power switch must be turned off to cut off the power supply.
8. The electric hoist should be operated by a dedicated person. The operator should fully master the safety operation procedures and strictly prohibit slant lifting and slant hanging.
9. During use, it is necessary to have specialized personnel conduct regular inspections of the electric hoist. If a fault is found, take measures promptly and carefully record it.
10. When adjusting the braking descent amount of the electric hoist, ensure that under the rated load, the braking descent amount S ≤ V/100 (V is the stable lifting distance of the load within one minute).
11. The scrapping standard of the wire rope: The inspection and scrapping standard of the wire rope are implemented in accordance with CB/T5972-1986 "Practical Specifications for Inspection and Scrapping of Wire Ropes for Hoisting Machinery".
12. During the use of the electric hoist, sufficient lubricating oil must be maintained, and the lubricating oil must be kept clean. It should not contain impurities and dirt.
13. When oiling the wire rope, a hard brush or wooden pieces should be used. It is strictly prohibited to directly apply oil to the wire rope that is in operation.
14. When the electric hoist is not in use, it is not allowed to suspend heavy objects in the air to prevent parts from undergoing permanent deformation.
15. During use, if a fault is found, the main power supply must be cut off immediately.
16. During use, special attention should be paid to the condition of vulnerable parts.
17. After long-term continuous operation of 10-20 ton hoists, there may be an automatic power-off phenomenon, which belongs to the overheat protection function of the motor. At this time, it can be reduced, and after a period of time, when the motor cools down, it can continue to work.
