Appearance and casing

The entire machine is equipped with a matte black engineering casing, which is non-reflective. This prevents the interference of scattered light from stage lighting on the performance effect.

 

At the top of the machine, an integrated one-piece hanging lug is integrated. The lug is thickly forged and can be directly hung and installed on the truss, suitable for inverted installation during mobile performances.

 

The body is equipped with a portable handle, allowing one person to carry it. This makes it convenient for the rental industry to frequently disassemble, assemble and transport on-site. The outer shell is structurally sturdy and resistant to drops, suitable for rental scenarios involving repeated handling and impacts.

Dual braking safety system

Main braking + backup safety dual brakes. Even if one set of brakes fails, the other set can still lock the load and eliminate the risk of falling, meeting the strict safety standards of the entertainment industry.

 

Built-in overload protection clutch, which automatically slips when overloaded to prevent equipment from being damaged due to overloading; equipped with upper and lower bidirectional limit switches to restrict the lifting and lowering travel of the chain, avoiding over-ascension and bottoming out.

Use G80 high-strength alloy steel lifting chains

Resistant to wear and fatigue, suitable for frequent and repeated lifting and lowering operations.

 

Low-noise motor module, with low operating noise. It won't interfere with on-site recording when used in theaters or broadcasting studios. It supports multi-unit synchronous grouping control and can be paired with DMX512 stage control console to achieve group control. It can precisely synchronize the lifting of lighting trusses, LED large screens, and audio line arrays.

24V low-voltage control circuit, ensuring the safety of operators during operation; it supports two installation methods: upright and inverted hanging. This is the core feature for rental performances.

 

 

Matching aviation case

Matched with a special aluminum alloy aviation flight case, the interior is equipped with custom EVA foam shock-absorbing slots. Each item is stored separately in its own box.

 

The box body is equipped with metal corner guards and handles, which can prevent collisions. It is suitable for long-distance tours and repeated relocations, effectively protecting the jujube equipment and reducing transportation damage. The box can be stacked, making it convenient for storage in warehouses and loading into containers.

Production of semi-finished stage 

During the semi-finished stage of the stage guhuo, the main task is to install the core mechanism components in advance, without yet assembling the outer shell and external decorative parts.

Pre-installed semi-finished movement components

On the assembly workbench, the assembly and wiring of the gearbox, dual braking components, clutch, and internal circuits were completed. The meshing of gears, the clearance between brakes, and the overload threshold of the clutch were verified. The initial power-on test of the semi-finished products was carried out to detect potential faults in advance.

 

Overall assembly of the entire machine

Integrate the movement with the case, the hanger, and the chain assembly, complete the assembly of the outer shell, the installation of external cables and interface components, and complete the mechanical assembly of the entire machine.

Overall project performance testing

Each stage hoist must undergo a 100% comprehensive inspection, including no-load power-on operation, rated load testing, overload test, inverted simulation working condition test, noise detection, upper and lower limit protection verification; for models with DMX function, signal communication and multi-machine synchronous lifting functions must also be tested, and actual hanging working conditions in live performances should be simulated.

Burn-in test

Some batches undergo long-term cyclic aging to verify the reliability of continuous, frequent start-stop and up-down operations, and to adapt to the frequent disassembly, leasing and rental usage scenarios of concerts.

Finished product display

The entire production line complies with the FEM M5 industry safety standards. Special tests are conducted specifically for inverted installation and dual braking safety systems to meet the stringent safety requirements for mobile performances in theaters, concerts, and music festivals.

A：Built‑in overload slip clutch. Under over‑load condition, the clutch will slip and stop lifting to protect motor and structure.
