Heavy Cpacity Electric Chain Hoist

European-style chain hoists are manufactured with modularity, precision, and standardization as their core principles, following FEM/EN/ISO/GB standards. From the manufacturing of core components to final assembly and testing, the entire process strictly controls precision and reliability, adapting to high-frequency, high-safety, and long-life industrial lifting needs.

Motor: The motor is a chain hoist motor and is responsible for providing power to the hoist. It usually adopts a three-phase conical rotor motor or a bypass magnetic circuit motor. After the motor is powered on, it generates rotational torque through electromagnetic action, driving the hoist to move up and down.

Reducer: The reducer is connected between the motor and the chain. Its main function is to reduce the output speed of the motor and increase the output torque, making the hoist run more smoothly during the lifting process and enhancing safety.

Load-limiting clutch: A load-limiting clutch is a safety device. When the lifting weight of the chain hoist reaches the rated value, the load-limiting clutch will automatically disengage, preventing the chain from continuing to rise or fall, thereby protecting the hoist from overload damage.

Brake: The brake is installed at the rear of the motor. Its main function is to quickly stop the motor when it is powered off, preventing the hoist from rapidly descending due to gravity and ensuring the safety of the hoist.

Limit switch: The limit switch is installed on the chain of the hoist. When the hoist reaches the preset upper or lower limit, the limit switch will be triggered, automatically cutting off the power supply to the motor and stopping the movement of the hoist to prevent the chain from being overly stretched or contracted.

Chain: The chain is the main load-bearing component of the hoist. Through the circular movement of the chain, the hoist can be lifted and lowered, and heavy objects can be suspended.
