(1) Check the work before use
a. There should be no obstacles and floating objects within the walking range of the operator, the line of sight, and the route through which heavy objects pass.
b. The hand control button up and down, left and right direction should be accurate and sensitive, the motor and reducer should have no abnormal sound.
c. The brake should be sensitive and reliable.
d. There should be no foreign matter on the running track of the electric hoist.
e. The action of the upper and lower stopper should be accurate and sensitive.
f. The hook stop nut should be securely fastened.
g. The hook should be flexible in the horizontal and vertical directions.
h. Hook pulley should rotate flexibly.
i. The wire rope should have no obvious cracks, neatly arranged on the drum, no signs of breaking the pulley groove, twisting, folding, etc., and good lubrication.
j. There is no abnormal phenomenon in the lifting accessories.
k. The working temperature of the electric hoist is -25 ~ +40℃
l. Electric hoist is not suitable for places full of corrosive gases or relative humidity greater than 85%, can not replace explosion-proof hoist, it is not suitable to lift melted metal or toxic, flammable and explosive items.
(2) The electric hoist is not allowed to lift heavy objects on the side, and it is prohibited to use overload.
(3) In the process of use, the operator should always check whether the wire rope has random buckle, knot, slotting, wear and other phenomena, if it should be eliminated in time, and often check whether the rope guide and limit switch are safe and reliable.
(4) The stopper shall not be used artificially in daily work to stop heavy lifting or stop the operation of the equipment.
(5) After the work is finished, turn off the main power switch and cut off the main power supply.
(6) Special maintenance personnel should be set up to check the main performance and safety status of the electric hoist once a week, and remove the fault in time.
